Keats and Yeats are on your side

Yesterday was the first of August and – as if by magic – Summer arrived!

Once the heat of the day had given way to balmy late afternoon sunshine, I took the microbe out for a dreamy walk around Twickers.  Dreamy for me because I was able to admire the beauty of an almost deserted Marble Hill Park and the Thames tow path.   Dreamy for Microboy because he spent most of the walk admiring the inside of his eyelids and smiling gently to himself.

Sadly I was cameraless, but I was excited enough by the weather to take a few phone pics…

About Susan Flockhart

Bonsai lady-geek and blogger. I can hardly recall what I used to blog about pre-microbes, but these days I generally ramble about motherhood, nonsense and whatever's going on the world of tiny people
