Spring sprung… maybe

Hello again.  Can you believe it? Three posts in a week?  Don’t worry – it won’t last.  (This one is just a quickie to bung some pics here as a memoir).

This weekend felt like the first day of Spring!  We had a visit from Natalie, Benjamin and St Helena The Adored and decided to take advantage of the sunshine and our Fogey Cards (aka National Trust memberships) by dragging the horde across the river for an afternoon at Ham House and Gardens.

Helena, who must be part Inuit, doesn’t feel the cold and immediately stripped down to her party dress + woolly hat. Well, it’s a look.  Microbe rocked the Biggles look, while Benjamin (a future musician if ever I met one) went all out as Noel Gallagher’s toddler twin.

Jimmy’s face in these pretty much sums up how joyous he is whenever Helena’s around…

(PS – for the supremely interested, there are more pics here on Flickr)

About Susan Flockhart

Bonsai lady-geek and blogger. I can hardly recall what I used to blog about pre-microbes, but these days I generally ramble about motherhood, nonsense and whatever's going on the world of tiny people
